It bothers me when people only know Bill Cosby as the sweater wearing, Kodak pimping, pudding pop peddling comedian we know him as today. Here’s some early Cosby, for your comedic education

This was a song called Do Right. Released in 1999 and featured on TRL, it reminds me of an era when there were a lot of funny music videos. Not showing off, not choreographed dancing, not a drama story line. This wasn’t great music, but it was funny:

This is a song a man wrote about his wife who recently passed. It’s important to keep all the parts of you in good condition. Class Act Society showed you a few things, and so did I. Now here’s a way to make sure your soul is in good condition;

Alright, “good” may be an exaggeration, but it was better. I hate saying that because it makes me feel like an old man who thinks everything was better in my day, but I dunno, maybe it was. Anyway, here’s an example of when MTV could make fun on what was on it’s own airwaves.
