The audio on this is terrible, and the video does’t do it justice, but the main little girl in the video was able to confront this lawmaker, the main endorser of the bill, and make him change his mind on the matter. The cameras don’t show her continuing to follow him. This story also got blown out of proportion saying the girl followed him alone and the photo most news sights showed was the girl walking by herself, what they didn’t show was the crazy fat white lady grabbing the girl’s arm and dragging her along. I agree with the lawmaker’s statement, “Children shouldn’t be used as props in politics.” However, for that to be the case you have to stand your ground and follow through with your originally proposed idea. I still don’t know if I like this law or not, but here’s the video to entertain yourself with:
